the RoleWere looking for a Product Manager to help bring one of Clairs next products to life.
The product youll initially work on exists today in successful private beta and is actively being expanded. That means youll have a unique opportunity to join early in the product journey and help shape how we take an idea from concept to a real-world product and experience.
This isnt a role where youll inherit a perfectly defined roadmap or be handed a clear playbook for success. We have a direction a problem were working to solve and a vision but there is still plenty to figure out. Youll help turn ambiguity into action make smart decisions with imperfect information and work alongside a small highly collaborative team to build test learn and iterate quickly.

Youll work closely with engineering design data finance regulatory operations go-to-market and partner teams to navigate those competing inputs and find the best path forward.
Were looking for a builder who is comfortable with gray areas thinks outside the box and isnt afraid to try something that might not work. You know how to move quickly without being reckless and understand that failing fast is only valuable if youre learning fast too.
You wont be joining a team with every answer already mapped out. Youll help us find them.
If you need someone to tell you exactly how to win this probably isnt the role for you.
