Product Manager

dormakaba is seeking a Product Manager remote based. The Product Manager is responsible for serving as the strategic leader of the complete product portfolio and lifecyclefrom new product development through customer deployment support and end-of-life management. This role combines product management and technical support / RMA leadership to ensure seamless operations across all phases while maintaining Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) compliance posture.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $120000 - $150000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Define and communicate product strategy vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Lead and coordinate with engineering marketing sales operations and finance teams
• Maintain and enforce training plans security protocols clearance management and DCSA compliance
• Lead and manage 2 direct reports in technical support and RMA operations

• 15 years of product management or related lock technology experience
• 10 years of management experience
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycle from development through support
• Ability to travel 25-50% for customers end-market research vendor management and manufacturing

• Bachelors degree or related business and domain experience
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
