| Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps Jira or similar). | Required | |
| Experience with overseeing and testing of large data conversions. | Required | |
| Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. | Required | |
| Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands. | Required | |
| Experience with enterprise application modernization (e.g. migrating from legacy platforms moving to modern architectures). | Highly Desired | |
| Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack cloud platforms (Azure) or content management systems | Highly Desired | |
