Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for the CAI application modernization initiative.
- Elicit document prioritize and manage business and functional user stories from stakeholders across the Commission.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog items.
- Collaborate with solution architects developers UX/UI designers and vendors to define modern technical approaches(including potential platform architecture and integration decisions).
- Prioritize features and technical work based on business value risk dependencies and strategic goals.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog refinement sprint planning reviews and retrospectives) as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for the modernized CAI application and track progress against them.
- Support change management user adoption and training efforts related to the modernized solution.
- Ensure the product aligns with Commonwealth and PA PUC standards for security accessibility (WCAG) data privacy and compliance.
- Identify risks dependencies and impediments and drive resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and recommendations to IT leadership and business sponsors.
