Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing Spares Supply Chain management Field Operations Engineering Product Training and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Are you energized by leading global teams solving complex operational challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences KLA is seeking a Product Installation Manager in our Totowa NJ location to oversee the successful deployment of our industry-leading semiconductor inspection and metrology systems at customer sites worldwide.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines customer engagement global coordination operational excellence and technical problem solving. You will partner closely with field teams customers manufacturing engineering and service organizations to ensure installations are completed safely efficiently and on schedule.

What Youll Do

As a Product Installation Manager you will own the successful execution of installations and upgrades from shipment through customer acceptance ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate global installation and upgrade activities for KLA products.
• Directly and indirectly lead teams of Installation Engineers supporting customer sites worldwide.
• Develop installation schedules and optimize deployment of engineering resources.
• Coordinate site readiness logistics asset availability and installation planning.
• Partner with Service Manufacturing Operations Product Support Engineering and regional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage installation escalations and drive timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
• Monitor installation progress key milestones warranty starts and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure systems meet operational and quality standards before transfer to customer ownership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on installation efficiency quality and customer experience.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across a global organization.

Preferred Experience

Were particularly interested in candidates with experience in semiconductor capital equipment field service installation management or customer operations.

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience servicing manufacturing installing or supporting semiconductor capital equipment.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer fabrication environments.
• Experience working with photolithography metrology process equipment or related semiconductor technologies.
• Familiarity with customer-facing roles supporting complex technical products.
• Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Be able to travel at least 15%

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical or scientific discipline. Chemistry Engineering Physics or related fields are preferred.

Base Pay Range: $104000.00 - $176800.00 Annually
