Were looking for a Quality Assurance Technician / PER Technician to join our Corporate Quality Assurance team at our World Headquarters in Easton this role youll support the initiatives of the Global Quality Assurance Group from Product Evaluation Request (PER) lab evaluations to first piece approvals helping ensure Victaulic products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Youll work closely with Quality and Application Engineering to investigate complex failure modes and keep our core quality systems running smoothly. This is an opportunity to build hands-on technical expertise while directly supporting product quality across a 125-country global footprint with a relocation package offered to help you make the move.

• Support Victaulics Product Evaluation Request (PER) system by conducting lab evaluations of returned products to determine and document failure modes.
• Partner with Quality and Application Engineering to investigate complex PER failure modes and determine evaluation methods.
• Support Victaulics first piece approval process (ISIR System).
• Assist the Global Quality Group with day-to-day activities including data mining & analysis product returns dock audits visual & dimensional inspection report generation past performance analysis and capability studies.
• Serve as primary backup administrator for the Engineering Change Control System (CCD) the Product Evaluation Request System (PER) the 3.1 Material Certificate System the Initial Sample Inspection Report System (ISIR) and DocuSign.
• Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills to daily collaboration across the Quality organization.

• Associate technical degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic systems and software including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Self-motivation and a desire to excel in a fast-paced changing work environment.
