• Lead endtoend design of new features for the exchange platform wallet and browser extension.
• Collaborate with product managers engineers and data analysts to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive highfidelity designs.
• Produce wireframes prototypes user flows and visual mockups that communicate interaction concepts and maintain brand consistency.
• Conduct user research usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Maintain and evolve a design system ensuring accessibility (WCAG2.1AA) and crossplatform consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design thinking across the organization.
• Stay uptodate with cryptoindustry trends regulatory considerations and emerging UI/UX patterns.

• 5years of professional product design experience preferably within fintech crypto or similar highgrowth tech sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2C product designs with clear problem statements design processes and measurable impact.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping platforms (e.g. InVision Axure).
• Deep understanding of interaction design visual design and information architecture.
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research usability testing and datadriven design iterations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting concepts to crossfunctional stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of accessibility standards and experience applying them in productionready designs.
• Selfstarter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with the broader team.

• Experience designing for crypto wallets exchanges or related blockchain applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
• Knowledge of frontend development basics (HTML CSS JavaScript) to facilitate design handoff.
• Track record of shipping B2C products that scale to large user bases (1M users).
• Comfort working in fastpaced agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
