Product Designer

The Research Platform team is part of a centralized product infrastructure organization focused on enabling high-quality efficient research insights that drive product success and innovation. This team supports tools used by UX researchers data scientists and product teams at scale.

This role will cover for a senior designer on leave and will own design across multiple areas of the Research Platform.

• Research Lab Gather UX feedback iterate on designs and drive solutions toward production readiness
• Budget Management Executive-facing survey budget tool; partner with engineering to refine and launch
• Competitive Intelligence Support development of a new product initiative
• Consumer Insights App A consumer-facing application used to capture insights globally

• Design and iterate on research tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Partner closely with engineering product management and content design to drive execution
• Navigate complex problem spaces across research operations AI compliance and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across experimentation metrics and data analytics platforms

• 7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. AI-assisted coding or design workflows)
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to clear well-reasoned design solutions (not just visual execution)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience designing for data platforms research tools analytics tools or compliance workflows
• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong systems thinking ability to design cohesive workflows across complex platforms
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
