Product Analyst

Job Summary
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
- Remove impediments minimize external distractions and track sprint progress team velocity and other Agile metrics
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria technical requirements and process flows
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows by leveraging AI agents and emerging technologies
- Maintain functional specifications user guides release notes and other product documentation
- Support user acceptance testing planning and execution including test-case development and defect tracking
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Jira Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare finance or another regulated industry is a bonus
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear actionable documentation
- Collaborative approach to working with Product Owners and Development teams
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement efficiency and scalability

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $50600.00 - $126400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
