Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Financial Advisors or Wealth Management teams

  • Knowledge of investment insurance or financial planning products

  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance driven environment

Equitable is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Producer Assistant to join our Stamford CT this role you will be a key partner to our Producer(s) helping deliver a seamless high quality experience to our clients. Youll serve as a primary point of contact manage schedules and client communications and play a critical role in preparing financial planning materials processing account applications and supporting investment transfers.

The Producer Assistant plays an integral role in supporting Financial Advisors by delivering high quality operational planning and client service support. This position partners closely with advisors internal teams and clients to ensure efficient execution of service requests accuracy of documentation and a consistently positive client experience. The Producer Assistant enables advisors to focus on relationship management and strategic planning while ensuring day to day operations are handled with precision and care.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by answering screening and directing incoming calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage and organize calendars for Associates/Producers ensuring schedules are accurate and conflict free
  • Coordinate all logistics for client meetings including client materials appointment reminders and conference room reservations
  • Track and follow up on new business submissions within three business days; identify and resolve omissions promptly
  • Maintain accurate records through timely filing contact history updates and correspondence tracking
  • Provide administrative client service support including address and beneficiary updates
  • Support recurring meetings reports and special projects using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; review route and draft responses as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment when interacting with clients visitors and financial professionals

The base salary range for this position is $55000 - $65000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
