Role Overview

The Procurement Process Analyst will perform Supplier Qualifications process purchase requisitions service entry sheets and goods receipts using SAP and report compilation for SAP and Supplier Qualification data. He/she will provide first level SAP support troubleshooting SAP technical issues and responding to FAQs via request tool. Ad-hos Procurement tasks will be performed as needed. Strong SAP support and Procurement experience is required.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Create Purchase Requisitions and Outline/Frame Agreements in SAP-MM
  • Create Goods Receipts and Service Entry Sheets in SAP-MM
  • Create and Maintain Vendor Master data in SAP
  • Perform Supplier Qualifications for EDPR NA platform
  • Works directly in SAP to provide Super User support to EDPR NA
  • Responds to Procurement request via Appian request tool.
  • Log and capture information in Appian to maintain procurement data
  • Responds to 100 SAP/Procurement inquiries daily
  • Generate monthly or as-needed reports from Supplier Qualification and SAP data
  • Liaison to Business Admin Support area responding to SAP FAQs
  • Maintain professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Additional Procurement duties as required

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree or demonstrated progress toward a degree
  • 0 - 3 years of related purchasing experience
  • 0 - 3 years SAP Experience
  • SAP Super User
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software

  • Ability to perform duties in a collaborative working environment
  • Ability to quantitatively analyze data derived from different software platforms present results visually and qualitatively
  • Must have persistence needed to follow through and achieve results
  • Ability to apply EDPR NAs visions and values
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated

Physical demands & working conditions:

  • Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
  • Walking: Ability to walk .5 to 2 miles per day including across unpaved and rough surfaces when on project sites.
  • Speech/Reading: Ability to speak read and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written verbal diagram or scheduled form
  • Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written verbal diagram or schedule form
