A growing manufacturer in Jefferson Ohio is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing strategies supplier relationships inventory planning and procurement operations. What Youll Do

• Develop and execute purchasing and sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels lead times and material availability.
• Analyze procurement data and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering Operations Quality and Customer Service teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions and proactively address supply chain risks.
• Support ERP data accuracy and inventory optimization efforts.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of procurement purchasing supply chain or sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory planning.
• Ability to analyze purchasing trends and supplier performance metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
