Regular Continuous/Until Further Notice

$22.83 - $25.69 Hourly

To coordinate the procurement of goods and services and an effective and efficient manner while assuring compliance with all applicable policiesproceduresand statutes.

• Bachelors or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years of purchasing experience finance or accounting experience.

Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:

• Valid Drivers License.

Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

• Ability to work underowninitiative.
• Plan daily activities and prioritize projects toassurethetimelydelivery of supplies and services.
• Must be competent in using good judgment to assure best methods in solicitations and procurement.
• Must be extremely competent in assuring all processes are free from errors collusion and or impropriety.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word & Excel

• Higher Education experience.
• Sci-quest /automated purchasing systems experience.
• Two years or more of Purchasing experience.

Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:

• C.P.M. or C.P.O
