Job Summary

- Manage all grant-funded procurements and contracts.
- Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for the grant.
- Attend planning and project management meetings.
- Issue award and manage new solicitations (including RFPs RFQs RFGAs and Task Orders).
- Issue and manage Interagency Service Agreements (ISAs) with Governors Office ADHS and ADES related to the grant.
- Ensure procurement activities align with grant requirements proper documentation audit readiness and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate continuously with program leadership finance and the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to support agency objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Requires 5 years of procurement experience preferably in state or government procurement.
- Requires project management experience and experience with grants and grant contracts.
- Candidates must be local available for in-person interviews within one week of posting close and able to start within two weeks of offer.
