Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $19$25 per hour ($39520$52000 annually)
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours increasing to 168 hours with tenure

Role Overview

As a Procurement Assistant youll play a vital role in supporting our procurement team by organizing critical information coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring seamless project execution. Based in Hudson FL this role offers opportunities to specialize based on your expertise or geographic needs while upholding BGISs commitment to professionalism safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities Procurement Activities

Coordinate estimating work following established processes.
Review specifications and customer requirements to determine quality and methods.
Source material pricing and prepare proposals for customers.
Update job statuses via third-party platforms and communicate with customers.
Order parts track deliveries and coordinate with the dispatch team for installation scheduling.
Collaborate with vendors internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure compliance with safety health and environmental standards.
Support additional procurement initiatives as needed.
Business Functions & Project Support

Prioritize organizational needs ensuring timely delivery of cost estimates and project tracking.
Process warranties for residential and commercial clients.
Maintain procurement databases and reports for reference.
Assist with special projects and provide geographic or expertise-based support.
