What you will do
Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing demand inventory supplier ERP and other procurement data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Develop maintain and enhance reports dashboards and analytical tools that support procurement supply chain and business decision-making.
Combine validate and maintain data from multiple systems and sources to ensure information is accurate consistent and business-ready.
Support raw material planning and procurement activities through analysis of inventory levels consumption trends lead times and supplier performance.
Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect verify and maintain high-quality supply chain and procurement data.
Support supplier performance procurement KPI reporting and S&OP reviews by providing insights highlighting risks and recommending improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics reporting automation inventory optimization process efficiency and data quality.
Maintain compliance with company procurement policies data governance requirements and established working procedures.
Perform other procurement and supplier support duties.
Who you are
You have a bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Logistics Data Analytics Engineering Economics or a related field or equivalent experience.
You bring experience in procurement supply chain planning purchasing data analytics or a manufacturing environment and are eager to continue developing your expertise.
You enjoy working with data and transforming complex information into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI Snowflake Oracle Analytics or similar platforms.
You have experience working with ERP systems and understand the value of accurate reliable data in supply chain and procurement processes.
You are curious about how supply chains operate and have knowledge of areas such as inventory management demand planning procurement or supplier collaboration.
You communicate effectively with different audiences and can clearly explain data-driven insights and recommendations.
You build strong relationships through collaboration trust and a customer-focused mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders.
You are organized detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You take ownership of your work embrace continuous improvement and enjoy contributing to team success.
