Job Overview


The Production Technician I safely operates basic production and material handling equipment to manufacture package and move finished products according to quality and safety standards. This role performs routine tasks by following established procedures and work instructions while building knowledge of production processes and equipment. The technician contributes to efficient daily operations through consistent execution of standard processes and a willingness to learn new skills.

What You Will Do

  • Operate basic production packaging weighing and material handling equipment following standard work instructions.
  • Load unload package and palletize products to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Monitor equipment and production processes reporting issues or abnormalities to leadership.
  • Perform basic cleaning inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
  • Use simple computer systems or paperwork to record production and quality information.
  • Follow all safety food safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work flexible schedules including overtime weekends holidays or rotating shifts with advance notice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Understand and communicate efficiently in English (verbal/written).
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat cold dust and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds climbing bending twisting and working at heights (4 feet and above) with or without reasonable accommodation.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing production or warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with operating basic production or material handling equipment.
  • Experience following safety procedures in an industrial setting.
