What You Will Achieve

Asa ProcessTechnician I you will contribute directly to the production ofhighqualitypharmaceutical products by supporting biological operations in compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards. You will develop technical skillsdemonstrateaccountability for your work and grow your capabilities while supporting teamobjectivesand Pfizers commitment to patients.

In this role you will:

  • Perform unit operations in biological processing areas using equipment such as tanks pumps centrifuges filtersfreezedryers and related systems.

  • Process raw biological materials (e.g.humanand equine blood and plasma) to support the manufacture of purified drug substances.

  • Set upoperate monitor and clean production equipment and facilitiesin accordance withSOPs and cGMP requirements.

  • Weigh charge handle package and dispose of biological materials accurately and safely.

  • Monitor process parameters and complete batch documentation logs and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Executeinprocessquality inspections and double checks to ensure product quality and compliance.

  • Maintain audit readiness by following documentation practices training requirements gowning standards and alarm response procedures.

  • Collaborate with maintenance engineers and peers to troubleshoot equipment and support routine operator care and TPM activities.

  • Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) OSHA andcGMPrequirements escalating issues appropriately.

  • Participate in weekend rotation schedules asand support handoffs across shifts.

  • Demonstrate Pfizer Core Values accountability professionalism adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Complete required training on time and show progression in skills and responsibilities over time.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience.

  • Selfmotivatedproblem solver able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Competence in troubleshooting and performing quality checks.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

  • Analytical detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Previousexperience incGMPs(current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.

  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience.

  • Proficiencyin usingmanufacturing software and tools.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.

  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity.

Work Environment & Operational Conditions

  • Ability to lift and lower up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities including standing walking reaching stooping and working at elevations above six feet.

  • Positions are staffed across multiple shifts including weekends holidays and overtime asto meet business needs.

  • Work isperformedonsitein a manufacturing environment.

Non-StandardRequirements

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats body harnesses face shields and cleanroom gowning.

  • Ability to work in cleanroom (Grade C/D) manufacturing environments.

Other Job Details:

  • Last day to apply: September 16th

  • Schedule: 2nd shift

  • Working every other Sunday. Do not have scheduled Saturdays.

The salary for this position ranges from $20.07 to $33.45 per addition this position offers eligibility for overtime weekend holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Companys policies.
