Process Technician

This role is based in Beloit WI (On-Site). Join a collaborative innovative and safety-focused manufacturing team where youll work alongside Operations Engineering Maintenance and Quality professionals to support world-class fermentation and recovery processes.

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Operate fermentation and downstream recovery processes using both field equipment and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
• Prepare clean sanitize and set up manufacturing equipment in accordance with established SOPs and batch requirements.
• Execute batch operations collect process samples and maintain accurate production and process documentation.
• Coordinate daily production activities by addressing scheduling priorities equipment issues and process challenges.
• Support equipment reliability through maintenance coordination work order initiation and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards and safe work practices.
• Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work at heights climb stairs and ladders lift up to 55 pounds and wear required PPE including respiratory protection.

How Would You Stand Out

• Associate degree or higher in a scientific technical engineering or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in biotechnology fermentation chemical processing food manufacturing pharmaceutical or industrial production environments.
• Knowledge of industrial safety environmental compliance and regulatory requirements.
