The Business Analyst in the Sales Ops team will work to improve sales processes ensure data integrity and identify opportunity for tool/system automation. Outcomes such as increasing sales process efficiencies increase speed of quote to cash and ensure scalability across all the entire sales process are how to measure success. This position requires an individual with a strong background in process improvement and ability to deliver significant business results in a timely fashion while using the appropriate project management tools to plan guide monitor and document project activities. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential as are outstanding communication and interpersonal other duties may be and refine sales processes methodologies and workflows to improve efficiency productivity and effectivenessLead and execute on efforts to produce documentation related to processes and system information which may include: Sales stages and sales processes sale stage acceptance criteria Salesforce technical requirements functional specifications data flow diagrams high-level test cases requirements traceability matrices flow charts wireframes/mockups user stories and use case best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales operations and streamline sales cyclesIdentify bottlenecks gaps and inefficiencies in the sales process and develop solutions to address themTo succeed in this role the candidate will possess analytical and communication skills the ability to deal with ambiguity in the constantly changing and fast paced environmentWorks across teams and organizations on a global scale to drive process improvements implement solutions and reduce process wasteDrive and implement business transformation strategies and plans for internal clients to drive financial and operational analysis of business systems and software solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes for both current and future business and strengthen cross functional partnerships in order to complete team and company objectives.
