Process & Finish Technician

Ability to read understand and follow work instructions procedures and safety requirement. Good communication skills able to solve problems without guidance basic computer skills (input completed product). able to lift and carry weight up to 30 pounds and able to work in elements indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Inspect XL Systems products to verify compliance with applicable quality standards specifications and customer requirements.

• Perform product repair rework and finishing activities in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.

• Process handle stage and prepare products for shipment to ensure safe and timely delivery to customers.

• Execute manufacturing and finishing processes while maintaining compliance with quality safety and operational requirements.

• Perform material handling activities including loading unloading movement storage and organization of products and materials.

• Utilize measuring devices inspection tools and established procedures to verify product conformance.

• Complete required production inspection quality and shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Support yard production and finishing operations as required to meet business objectives and customer commitments.

• Identify and report product process equipment and safety concerns and participate in corrective actions when required.

• Maintain housekeeping standards and contribute to a safe organized and efficient work environment.

• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Quality Shipping and other departments to support operational goals.

• Learn and apply XL Systems products proprietary technologies processes and workplace procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality efficiency and product handling practices.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned by the Process & Finish Manager.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in manufacturing inspection material handling industrial operations or a related environment preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions procedures specifications and other operational documentation.

• Experience using basic measuring devices and inspection tools is preferred.

• Basic math communication and problem-solving skills required.
