Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Process Engineer on behalf of our client a PVC fitting manufacturer in Edison New Jersey.
This role supports daily production at the facility. The engineer will maintain equipment efficiency troubleshoot issues ensure quality standards and drive process optimization across the plant.
- Provide technical leadership for major production assets generating $50MM to $200MM in annual revenue.
- Drive improvements in process efficiency and product quality.
- Lead process optimization and reduce costs related to poor quality.
- Troubleshoot production problems and support daily operations.
- Bachelors degree.
- 3 years of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
- Strong complex data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management capabilities.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within teams.
- Experience with SAP.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Background in plastics and/or extrusion manufacturing.
- Experience collaborating with vendors.

Required Skills:
Five or more years of experience in coatings flexible packaging or film manufacturing. Hands on experience with coating laminating converting or film extrusion. Ability to travel approximately 30% across North America to support customer trials and business development activities.
