Process Engineer HR Transformation (Location Flexible)

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support HR transformation initiatives with a focus on improving and documenting end-to-end HR business processes in alignment with new and evolving technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization data and system integration requirements and a working understanding of HR systems such as Workday and ADP as well as related enterprise technologies.

This role will collaborate closely with HR Technology and Data teams to ensure that business processes are well-documented efficient and aligned to support successful system enhancements and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze optimize and document HR business processes to support transformation initiatives.
• Define data and system integration requirements for HR platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes with technology solutions.
• Support the implementation of new HR systems and enhancements.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering preferably within HR or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday ADP) and data integration.
• Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills.
