Job Summary
Per Diem RN ( Peds)- Children hospital
cTrace Solutions is seeking a PRN in Portland OR. This role offers competitive pay weekly compensation and Sign on bonus.
Location: Portland OR
Compensation: $60 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule:
8 AM- 2 PM
7 AM- 7:30 PM
7 PM- 7:30 AM
Duration: Per Diem
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients including infants children and adolescents in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess patients health conditions monitor vital signs administer medications and perform nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients families on treatment plans medication administration and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records ensure compliance with hospital policies and promote patient safety and infection control.
Requirements
- Oregon State RN License
- CPR/BLS
- PALs
