PRN Home Care Aide

• Assist Home Health patients in their home with ADLs including bathing hair care oral hygiene skin care cleaning of ostomy sites foot soaks application of medicated emollients as described on the patients plan of care range of motion exercises as prescribed on patients plan of care dressing transfers application of support garmets obtaining weights Catheter care application of specific skin barriers or simple dressings and reporting to RN.

Requirements:

• BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.

• Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.

• Valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
