Position: Private Equity Associate Infrastructure (US/UK)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2025 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Build a working financial model of an assigned infrastructure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack.
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas source references and stated assumptions.
• Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria. Provide a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving model accuracy and depth.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 24 years total experience: 2 years investment banking (infrastructure power & utilities or real estate / TMT M&A) followed by 12 years in infrastructure private equity.
• Currently or recently an Associate at an infrastructure-focused PE fund or the infrastructure arm of a multi-strategy manager.
• Exposure to digital infrastructure data centres fibre or towers.
• Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template.
• Fluent English.
