Job Summary
UW Madisons Digital Publishing and Printing Services (DPPS) is seeking a customer service representative to join the team in our digital print this role you will use a combination of your print production experience and customer service skills to help serve the UW campus and beyond! DPPS is one of the largest in-house print production centers within the State of Wisconsin government.
This position requires work to be performed in-person on-site at 2109 S. Stoughton Road Madison WI (off campus). Our state-of-the-art facility offers free on-site parking. Per University policy transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee.

Benefits information can be found at ( Job Responsibilities: Division of Information Technology Systems Engineering & Operations Digital Publishing & Printing Services Systems Engineering & Operations (SEO) is the infrastructure and operations unit for DoIT. SEO provides physical and virtual hosting storage backup and database infrastructure for campus needs as well as research computing resources. Additionally our Digital Publishing and Printing Service (DPPS) provides full-service digital media and a wide range of printing services for campus. Through a combination of in-house equipment and external vendors we can service all your printing needs. We produce a wide variety of booklets brochures forms envelopes cards flyers posters tickets letterheads newsletters business cards and even custom textbooks and course packets. Starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Well qualified applicants can anticipate to earn between $22.00/hour $24.00/hour with final salary based on experience and qualifications. Benefits information can be found at ( Qualifications: Demonstratedprofessional experience in customer service Demonstratedprofessional experience in the printing industry Broad understanding of digital printing and print bindery functions Basic computer and technology knowledge including Excel and Microsoft platforms Proven capability to organize workload manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines Experience organizing andmaintainingcustomer-facing data and paperwork Experience with print management software H.S.
