Reprographic Products Group (RPG) a regional leader in wide-format printing and imaging technology (HP Xerox MUTOH Fluid Color) is actively seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. If youre experienced customer-focused and ready to travel daily within our service area this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service for wide-format printing systems
Diagnose hardware/software issues and install firmware updates
Deliver an exceptional service experience to a professional client base (AEC federal and commercial accounts)
Complete service calls with attention to detail documentation and follow-through
Qualifications Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These Requirements:
2 years of experience servicing HP Xerox MUTOH or similar large-format printers
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills CompTIA certifications (A Network)
