Print Production and Customer Service Specialist

• Review customer files for sizing resolution formatting and print readiness.
  
  
• Use Adobe applications to edit PDFs resize artwork and make basic file corrections.
  
  
• Prepare and produce flyers brochures business cards and other printed materials.
  
  
• Operate digital printing and finishing equipment including cutting binding and laminating.
  
  
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
  
  

• Provide professional service to customers in person by phone and email.
  
  
• Discuss customer projects and recommend appropriate printing shipping and business solutions.
  
  
• Assist with UPS FedEx DHL and USPS shipping and packaging services.
  
  
• Process customer orders payments and mailbox services accurately.
  
  
• Resolve routine customer concerns and manage multiple priorities.
  
  
• Support the Center Manager with daily operations and help guide coworkers.
  
  

• Minimum two years of customer-facing or related business experience.
  
  
• Practical experience with Adobe Acrobat Photoshop Illustrator PDF editing or digital print production.
  
  
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications.
  
  
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  
  
• Dependable professional and comfortable taking initiative.
  
  
• Saturday availability from 10 AM2 PM.
  
  

• Experience in a print shop copy center sign shop or business-services environment.
  
  
• Experience preparing artwork correcting files or operating digital printing equipment.
  
  
• Familiarity with print finishing including cutting binding and laminating.
  
  
• Previous team lead employee training or supervisory experience.
