Print Customer Service Representative

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone email in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types binding and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates potential delays or file issues to clients.

• 2 years of experience in customer service or account / project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear professional communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems working in a macOS / Apple environment is helpful.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production (paper stocks sign materials industry terminology) is a strong plus!!
