Job Summary

One MHS is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the enterprise technology portfolio for a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing and material handling organization defining and driving the strategy for how enterprise tools and systems must evolve to meet operational needs at scale.
In the near term this role leads two interconnected workstreams: (1) enterprise change management for One MHS onboarding to a new ERP platform and (2) strategic program management of internal technology enablement partnerships. These workstreams are the foundation of a broader mandate: building and owning the enterprise technology strategy that enables One MHS to scale manufacturing operations reliably efficiently and with the systems maturity required for long-term growth.
The ERP change management scope is time-bound (approximately 12 months). Technology partnership engagement and enterprise technology portfolio ownership represent the durable long-term dimensions of this role.


Key job responsibilities
This role owns the One MHS enterprise technology portfolio and the strategy that governs it. This means:
Define the vision for how enterprise systems (ERP MES scheduling quality PLM and adjacent tools) must evolve to support One MHS operational scaling.
Maintain a technology roadmap that connects current-state capabilities to future-state requirements informed by manufacturing growth plans headcount scaling and operational complexity.
Evaluate technology gaps recommend investments and build business cases for new capabilities or system enhancements.
Serve as the connective tissue between One MHS operational leaders and technology delivery teams translating manufacturing needs into technology requirements and holding delivery teams accountable to outcomes.
Ensure enterprise technology decisions are coherent across One MHS rather than fragmented across individual teams or sites.

Enterprise Change Management (ERP Onboarding)

Own the change management strategy for One MHS onboarding to ERP including stakeholder readiness assessment communication planning training design and adoption measurement.
Partner closely with technical leads responsible for ERP configurations and integrations with manufacturing systems.
Partner with finance operational leaders and software engineering product and program teams to align business processes with ERP system requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process transitions data migration and systems integration across manufacturing operations.
Drive cross-functional alignment between manufacturing robotics and enterprise software teams to remove dependencies and accelerate the ERP timeline.
Develop change impact assessments that quantify organizational readiness and surface gaps requiring intervention.
Establish feedback loops with end users to iterate on training documentation and process design throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Define and track success criteria for ERP adoption ensuring the transition delivers measurable operational value rather than just a technical go-live.

Technology Enablement Partnership & Portfolio Management

Serve as the primary One MHS liaison to internal technology enablement teams managing the relationship across product program and engineering stakeholders.
Define and maintain a prioritized requirements roadmap that reflects One MHS enterprise scaling needs negotiated and aligned with leadership.
Build and present the business case for continued investment in technology enablement resources including ROI analysis delivery metrics and strategic value articulation.
Negotiate resource allocation funding and delivery commitments with technology partner stakeholders.
Drive program execution: milestone tracking deliverable accountability and escalation management across partner-supported initiatives.
Establish governance mechanisms (reviews scorecards SLAs) to ensure partner-delivered work meets quality timeline and scope expectations.
Identify opportunities across technology product and program teams that benefit One MHS at scale connecting disparate initiatives into a cohesive technology strategy.


- 8 years of technical product or program management experience
- 5 years leading enterprise change management programs preferably ERP implementations.
- Demonstrated experience defining and managing an enterprise technology portfolio or systems roadmap for an operational organization
- Track record of managing cross-organizational technology programs with distributed stakeholder groups at senior levels.
- Proven success in stakeholder negotiation including headcount and budget advocacy with director and VP-level leadership.
- Experience building business cases for technology investments including financial modeling ROI analysis and executive-level presentations.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations technology ecosystems (ERP MES PLM or equivalent).
- Experience managing partner-team or vendor relationships where accountability exists without direct authority.

- Experience in advanced manufacturing robotics or hardware engineering environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning platforms in manufacturing contexts.
- Background in organizational change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
- Experience operating within large complex matrixed organizations.
- Understanding of production planning finite-capacity scheduling or supply chain systems.
- Track record of evolving a technology portfolio from startup/early-stage to scaled operations.
- PMP PgMP or equivalent program management certification.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
