Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and strategy into scalable solution architectures.
- Lead architecture design technology selection integration strategy and critical design decisions.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Partner with business leaders product owners domain architects security data and delivery teams.
- Drive architecture governance from planning through implementation and ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of cumulative Oracle Financials / Oracle EBS experience.
- Principal-level Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong expertise across GL AP AR Cash Management Fixed Assets Expenses Taxes SLA Budgets Refunds 1099 Accounting Hub/OCI and Financial Reporting.
- Strong understanding of Oracle configuration extensions customizations integrations and orchestration with external accounting/payment applications.
- Experience with HR/workforce-management and procurement ERP systems.
- Strong integration and end-to-end solution architecture experience.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- PeopleSoft HCM and/or Ariba experience.
- Experience with equivalent procurement/workforce-management platforms.
- Healthcare payer/provider experience.
- Exposure to cloud modernization and emerging technologies.
