This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week but will be in the field on a daily basis. No relocation is offered.

What youll do:

• Network Design and Planning: Develop network layouts ensure compliance conduct feasibility studies perform capacity planning and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition.

• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance troubleshoot issues analyze RAN data and perform RF optimization and capacity management.

• Implementation and Configuration: Deploy network solutions conduct testing and validation manage configurations and oversee the installation maintenance and optimization of wireless RAN systems.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues including satellite network routing problems.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Work with stakeholders manage vendor relationships provide customer support and coordinate installation maintenance and optimization activities with various teams.

• Familiarity with AI based RAN Applications: Must have taken part in either the development stage of an AIML based performance management tool or capable of understanding advanced AI concepts in application layer for RAN.

What youll need:

• Required Experience:

  • 7 years of related experience

  • Certification is required in some areas.

• Required Qualifications:

  • Ericsson Software and Hardware

  • Protocol Analyzer Tool

• Desired Education:

  • Bachelors Degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering concentration or equivalent experience preferred.
