We are looking for an entrepreneurial results-oriented Principal Product Manager Technical to lead and expand the worldwide FBA systems that shape how where when what sellers ship to FBA. This is a rare opportunity to own one of Amazons most impactful and technically sophisticated product platforms one that directly influences billions of dollars in GMS the experience of multiple sellers across various countries worldwide and the operational efficiency of Amazons global fulfillment this role you will drive the product strategy and roadmap for seller-facing products partnering across engineering scientists UX Legal data scientists and PR; develop internal optimization tools and the science systems that power them. You will work at the frontier of marketplace design supply chain science and AI building products that balance seller growth with network stability at global scale.

4. Partner closely with scientists and economists to ensure accurate pricing structure is developed for sellers.
5. Scale your product portfolio globally partnering with science engineering UX Legal and PR and each countrys business teams to continue enhancing platform capabilities worldwide and driving seller success

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- 10 years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement
- 10 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
