Salary range for position: $160000 - $200000 commensurate with experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages development and manufacture of MEMS devices. Proposes and evaluates technical solutions to design / manufacturing issues. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new and/or upgraded products. Monitors the project from initiation through pilot production including planning and directing schedules allocating development and manufacturing resources and monitoring budget.

KNOWLEDGE: As an expert in the field uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Significant barriers to entry (e.g. top management review approval) exist at this level.

JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts products or technologies. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.

SUPERVISION: Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
