Expected salary range of $132300 to $147000 varies based on experience along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The purpose of this role is to serve as the subject matter expert for the Human Capital Management system and other HR applications within the corporation. Key responsibilities include conducting analysis and implementing HR technologies and processes to provide innovative solutions that enhance HR operations within the company. This position will provide lead functional support for leveraging and optimizing the use of our HRIS. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide hands-on configuration development support and functional leadership for our HRIS in the areas of Payroll & Payroll Tax. Lead and coordinate projects to assist business owners in evaluating the potential and feasibility of process automation. Guide the day-to-day service and support for HR Technologys clients in the Payroll & Payroll Tax Operations teams including leading recurring meetings tracking issues and enhancements resolving questions assessing user needs and recommending and prioritizing changes. Extract and compile information as requested using existing reports or reporting tools or by building custom reports. Coordinate and perform all functional integration testing of all integration points between applications components and services. Assume additional responsibilities for the infrastructure of the broader team including mentoring and provide guidance to junior analysts. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree and at least 8 years of experience in an HR or IT-related lieu of degree a minimum 12 years of experience. A minimum of 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent enterprise Human Resources system. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Certification and/or experience in Oracle HCM or equivalent HRIS iCIMS Recruiting Software or ServiceNow HRSD module. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals with varying levels of technical and business expertise. Understanding of the software development life cycle and experience leading projects from development through implementation. Expansive knowledge of metrics data and business intelligence strategies including a proven ability to assemble and analyze HR data including knowledge of SQL query building and experience working with database objects/elements. Strong consultative critical thinking and analytic skills with the ability to operate strategically. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
