Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Our client is a growing non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing inclusive high-quality care to underserved communities with a strong emphasis on HIV care LGBTQ health Primary Care and Behavioral Health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando Kissimmee Lakeland and the UCF area.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250000 base salary

Requirements

• MD or DO with active unrestricted Florida medical license
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• New graduates considered
• Commitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive mission-driven environment
• Experience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred not required)

Responsibilities

• MondayThursday (9am5pm) Friday (9am2pm)
• Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 months
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Deliver HIV-focused and preventative care in a non-profit LGBTQ inclusive setting
• Manage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environment
• Conduct evaluations diagnoses treatment planning and prescribing
• Educate patients on prevention wellness and chronic disease management
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programs
• Uphold organizational mission values and standards of care
