Youll be trained to operate and maintain our progressive and transfer press machines essential equipment that keeps our production running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating transfer machines and positioning workpieces
• Loading coils and threading material through dies
• Inspecting stamped parts for quality
• Using measuring tools like gages calipers and micrometers
• Performing basic preventive maintenance and keeping your area clean
• Following SPC techniques to ensure product accuracy

We are looking for:

• Mechanical aptitude if you like working with your hands youll fit right in
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent bending reaching and moving materials

Pay Range: $18.59-$23.46 plus .75 shift premium
