What Youll Do

As a Preschool Teacher youll create a welcoming engaging classroom where children feel confident curious and excited to learn.

Youll:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily learning experiences
• Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Support childrens social emotional cognitive language and physical development
• Encourage creativity independence confidence and positive peer relationships
• Observe assess and document childrens developmental progress
• Build strong trusting relationships with families through regular communication
• Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Maintain an organized classroom that meets health safety and Montana licensing requirements
• Partner with center leadership to provide high-quality early childhood education

What Were Looking For

Were looking for an experienced educator who is ready to take ownership of a classroom and make a positive impact on young learners.

• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or early learning program
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Experience planning and implementing preschool curriculum
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Organized dependable and team-oriented
• Positive and collaborative leadership style
• Passion for working with preschool-aged children
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to complete all required Montana licensing training and background check requirements
