• Prepare ingredients by washing chopping and measuring according to recipes and standards
• Assist chefs in ensuring all food items are ready for cooking and serving in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and equipment
• Follow food safety standards and protocols to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
