• Wash chop slice and portion fresh ingredients according to recipes and prep lists

• Handle basic cooking tasks and make sure all prep items are ready for service

• Keep your prep station clean stocked and organized throughout the shift

• Follow food safety sanitation and handling procedures at all times

• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow and timely service

• Properly label date and store ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste

• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen tools/equipment

• Previous prep or kitchen experience is a plusbut well train the right person

• Ability to follow recipes directions and prep lists with accuracy

• Strong attention to detail cleanliness and organization

• Dependable team-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment

• Weekend availability is required
