• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for all scopes.
• Review project documentation and details in order to prepare constructability reviews PRFIs detailed estimates clarifications and scopes of work.
• Lead communication with subcontractors for solicitation scope reviews and leveling processes.
• Develop cost histories and maintain pricing databases for benchmarking.
• Support VE efforts alternate pricing and design-phase budgeting.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction Managers to finalize GMPs.

• 710 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in CSI divisions and trade-specific cost evaluation.
• Proficient in takeoff and estimating software systems.
• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with negotiated CM and design-assist projects.
