Pre-Owned Manager

Century Ford Mt Airy is seeking an experienced and motivatedPre-Owned Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department in Mount Airy MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle operation ensuring quality inventory excellent customer service and strong sales performance. • Oversee the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department including inventory management pricing and merchandising.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and dealership operations.
• Manage budgeting forecasting and reporting to maximize departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with service and finance departments to enhance overall customer experience.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase dealership visibility and pre-owned vehicle sales.

• Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
