Pre- Construction Supervsior-Waterloo, IN

• Build and develop the Pre-Construction team establishing clear roles responsibilities expectations and career development paths.
• Manage team workload resource allocation and performance to ensure exceptional customer support and responsiveness.
• Provide leadership and accountability for customer experience initiatives across project development estimating technical services and customer support functions.
• Partner closely with Sales Operations Engineering and other functional teams to align Customer Solutions activities with commercial objectives.
• Drive a culture focused on Speed Expertise Reliability Value and Engagement in all customer interactions.
• Support early project engagement efforts by helping customers with budgeting technical consultation value engineering constructability reviews and project development.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience value creation and relationship growth through effective communication responsiveness and customer engagement.
• Assist the Sales Manager in leading commercial activities and providing leadership support as needed.

• Five years experience in Estimating Pre-Construction Project Management Engineering Construction Management or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willing and able to travel as business needs require.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings specifications estimating scope development and project delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team
