Practice Surgical Scheduler Specialty Practice

Surgical Scheduler supporting Urologic Institute Practice - Monday through Friday

Summary

Reporting to the Practice Administrator and/or Assistant Practice Manager is responsible for the pre-operative interview of patients and appropriate scheduling of surgical procedures. Works closely with hospital or facility where procedure will be performed to make appropriate arrangements and assists in coordination of meetings as well as provider clinic surgery and on-call schedules.

Education

High School Diploma/Associates degree.

Experience

Minimum of one year experience as a surgical coordinator preferably in an acute care/medical surgical setting.
