Job Summary
$1500 Sign-On Bonus!
A patient-focuseddental specialty practice looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help lead our team and keep our office running smoothly. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

What Youll Do:
- Run the day-to-day flow of the front office
- Verify insurance and completespecialtybenefit breakdowns
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out
- Collect co-payments and presentspecialtytreatment plans
- Support and guide the team with a hands-on approach
- Spot issues and work collaboratively to find solutions
What Youll Bring:
- 2 years of dental front office experience(specialty practice experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of dental insuranceincluding specialty procedures
- Experience presenting treatment plans
- Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
