Practice Manager in Houston

We are looking for an experience Practice Manager to join our team.

The Practice Manager oversees the hospitals daily operations team client experience and financial performance. This role works closely with the medical team and CVP leadership to ensure a positive environment and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach and support hospital staff.
• Oversee hiring scheduling training and performance management.
• Manage daily hospital operations inventory facilities and compliance.
• Address client concerns and support a positive client experience.
• Monitor budgets financial reports payroll and purchasing.
• Support marketing community relationships and hospital growth.
• Partner with veterinary and CVP leadership on hospital goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 years of veterinary hospital management experience.
• Emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
