Job Summary

We are seeking a PowerShell Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration technologies to support enterprise automation production operations and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PowerShell scripting Exchange (On-Premises & Online) Microsoft 365 Microsoft Graph API Entra ID and automation engineering. This role combines software development production support and operational ownership of enterprise messaging automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop maintain and enhance enterprise PowerShell automation solutions supporting Messaging & Collaboration platforms
• Maintain ownership of existing PowerShell scripts improving performance reliability maintainability and resilience
• Develop automation solutions integrating Exchange Online Exchange Server Microsoft Graph API Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services
• Provide production support for automation workflows scheduled jobs and messaging-related services
• Troubleshoot automation failures investigate incidents perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Support Messaging platform initiatives including migrations compliance projects and platform modernization
• Build data extraction transformation and integration solutions using PowerShell and SQL
• Collaborate with integration teams to deliver automated data workflows and enterprise system integrations
• Implement monitoring logging exception handling and operational best practices across automation solutions
• Prepare technical documentation and support change management and production deployments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Automation and Azure Functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Exchange Hybrid deployments and migrations
• Familiarity with compliance retention and messaging governance
• Experience working in large enterprise production environments with ITIL or structured change management processes
