Duration : 12 Months
Location- Plano TX (Onsite)

We are on the hunt for a skilled and innovative PowerApps Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform with a strong focus on building intuitive and efficient Power Apps solutions. This role requires the ability to translate high-level business requirements into user-friendly functionality while optimizing overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build intuitive user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX and usability.
• Automate workflows and approval processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop and support workflow automation and integrations involving Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with systems such as SharePoint Azure APIs and other data sources.
• Troubleshoot test and optimize applications for performance and usability.
• Provide ongoing support enhancements and documentation for deployed solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Power Fx Dataverse SharePoint and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft services such as Azure Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with SQL APIs and data modeling.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence automation workflows or integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• Strong front-end Power Apps development and UI/UX design skills.
• Ability to translate loosely defined business processes into effective functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability to new tools and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
• Exposure to ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Experience integrating with Azure or Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900 PL-100 PL-200) are a plus.-----
