Primary Skills

8 years of software engineering and application development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python development.
Extensive experience with Power BI development including:
- Dashboard and report development
- DAX
- Data modeling
- Power Query
- Performance tuning
Strong SQL and relational database experience.
Experience delivering enterprise analytics and reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Wealth Management Financial Services or Capital Markets domains.
Exposure to Equity Planning Financial Planning Wealth Advisory or Investment Reporting platforms.
Experience with data governance data quality and reporting frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python Power BI and Azure technologies with experience building scalable analytics platforms reporting solutions and data pipelines. Experience in Equity Planning/Wealth Management Financial Planning solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions using Python and Power BI.
Build and Eligible to workimize data processing pipelines ETL frameworks and reporting datasets on Azure cloud platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders product owners and data teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop interactive dashboards KPI scorecards and self-service reporting capabilities for business users.
Ensure data quality governance performance Eligible to workimization and security standards are adhered to across all reporting assets.
Implement reusable data models and reporting frameworks to improve platform efficiency and scalability.
Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and technical solution design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting WMA data analytics and reporting initiatives.
Provide production support troubleshooting and continuous improvement for existing solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
